Not earning the floor badges

What the title says - I'm not earning floor climb badges. Even though I climbed over 25 floors, I never got neither the Happy Hill (for 10 floors) nor the Redwood Forest (for 25 floors) badge. I also climbed over 6 000 lifetime floors, but I haven't received any of the lifetime floor badges either.

I encountered this issue when I started using Fitbit back in 2022 with the first gen Pixel Watch and Pixel 7 Pro. Now, two and half years later, the issue still persists (I now switched to Pixel Watch 3 and Pixel 9 Pro XL).

I know there are multiple topics with this issue, but it has never been fixed. This is really annoying bug, especially when I can see I keep getting the distance badges regularly.

Can you please fix the issue? I understand that the development team has other priorities and that this is not a money-earning feature, but it would be nice to have. It's been first reported such a long time ago and the issue is still there, it's starting to be a bit frustrating.
