I used to receive notifications and messages from my charge 2 Fitbit but now I don't. Phone says it is synced with the Fitbit. Tried tunribg it off and turning it back on. Still not letting message have come in and can't read them. I have a ZTE phone.

This might be happening because the ZTE phone you are using is not on the supported devices list. This means that the app has not been fully optimized to work with that phone and thus issues like this are to be expected. Please check and verify if that is the case.
As long as the phone fulfills the minimum requirements, Android 4.4 and Bluetooth 4.0, there is a chance that they will work correctly however we cannot guarantee it. Having said that, some users have mentioned that following these steps has helped them get their phones not on the list to sync and work correctly. There is a chance that they could work if your phone is not on the list, and they should definitely help if it is on the list.
