Not keeping time

My fitbit stopped keeping time 0:02 this morning and won't keep time unless I sync it to my phone. Anyone know how to fix this?
Stepping.... it fills me with determination!

Morning, My fit bit this morning has also stopped tracking my sleep on my app dashboard. It appear when i log onto my account on a computer. I wonder if something has gone wrong and our problems are linked?

Hello @Camuhkazi and I'm glad to see you around in our community. I recommend to follow the instructions of this article: What's wrong with my Charge HR? specifically the last section of the article in reference to set up your tracker again, since this will correct the issue with the time.

 

Welcome aboard to our community @nlgray. I believe in your case, your tracker did not sync with your app or was a delay in uploading your information. Note that all your data is store in Fitbit servers and not on your phone so depending of the Internet signal there might be a delay in showing your information while is loading. If the issue persist you can try to log out from your account and force quit the app. Once you have done that try again by logging back on your account.
