I got a fitbit versa and everything worked on it except it will not notify me someone is calling also would not transfer music from my phone. I tried everything all the trouble shooting solutions. I reset everything, uninstall the app, checked all the settings on my s9 and on the fitbit and every other option that was given. Nothing worked. I took it back to the shop and they tried everything. Then we got a second fitbit versa and tried that. Same problem I receive messages, emails and missed calls. It also let's me call people back but still does not tell me when someone is calling or transfer music. When the second one failed the store tried another one. That's 3 fitbit versa that we tried to use on my phone and none worked. I spent 3 hours in the shop trying to solve the problem. In the end they said it had to be my phone ( Samsung s9) but they could not find a reason why. They ended up giving me a refund but I want a fitbit and my friend has a versa and loves it. Is there anything I can do to fix the problem so I can get another one or will it not work on my phone.
