Hi,
My Versa won't sync WhatsApp Calls.
I updated my tracker and my App (Android-Samsung Note 9).
All other notifications well recieved !
Around 3 weeks ago I was able to recieve WhatsApp call notifications perfectly - just like phone calls.
I would appreciate any suggestions to solve this issue.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured. After verifying this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.

I had a Versa Lite, all notifications worked except WhatsApp call notifcations. I received missed WhatsApp call alerts, whatsapp messages but no voice or video call alerts. Phone calls work, messages work, duo calls work just not whatsapp calls (which is what I use mostly)
I've tried everything, un-installing device, app, restarting, factory re-sets and thoroughly checked all notification settings yet it is always just the WhatsApp calls.
I now have Versa 2 and the exact same, no WhatsApp calls. Any ideas? I have a Note20
All of your troubleshooting steps are the obvious, check do not disturb, check WhatsApp notification app is ticked. Bluetooth off and on again. I've tried it all. Surely if everything else works why not just whatsapp calls - more than likely a simple step but I've lost the plot trying to figure it out.
