I have a Samsung Galaxy 4S and with my new Alta I only receive the vibration not the text message or phone number. Notifications are all on. Any suggestions.

@MENTCH Welcome to the community!

 

Sounds like you're receiving the notifications because of the vibration but are not interacting with the Alta so the display lights up. I suggest checking out my post here for more information on how to interact with Alta. Hoping this helps to clarify things for you.
