Not receiving messages

I haven't seen an update regarding the issue of not receiving text messages or call notifications on our fitbit since it was stated it was being escalated on 5/15.  Any updates on when this will be corrected?

Hi there @Djarias, nice to have new faces in the Fitbit Community! Thanks for calling this out and I'm wondering which notification issue are you referring? We have found some reports with different behaviors and I would like to know what is the issue you are experiencing? 

 

Perhaps  I have some updates or I can offer you some additional help. In the meantime I would like to ask you if you have tried some troubleshooting on your own? If you haven't please review this help article: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone.

Strangest thing! After receiving your email and without me doing additional troubleshooting I began receiving my notifications  (text, calls, reminders) on my Fitbit. Someone must have figured out the issue and resolved it. Thank you for replying, have a good day!

Back to square one!!!!! It doesn't work again!  Maybe I should look into a different device!
