No notifications on my Alta. I just switched from an iPhone 7+ to an Samsung Galaxy 9+. My app is tracking the Fitbit but when I get a text message or call the Fitbit does nothing

Hi there @christiner118, awesome to have you here in the Fitbit Community! I saw that after you change from iOS to Android the notifications are not working.

At the moment the Galaxy S9+ has not being confirmed as compatible and one of the common behaviors with this incompatibility are with notifications. It won't hurt to give it a try to the following recommendations: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone.

Hope this helps and we are working to confirm more compatible devices in the future.
