My charge 3 has stopped receiving notifications from my android phone (both software up to date). The Fitbit app on my phone says 'notification service not running. A phone restart is required to re-enable notifications on your tracker'
I've tried all combinations of restarting my phone, the tracker, switching on and off Bluetooth, and notification settings I can think of and feel like I'm going insane now. Any advice? I'm happy to try over restarting sequences, but not sure where to start now. Any advice most welcome, thank you!

Hi @LizbotMcCarthy, welcome to the Community Forums! Sorry for the delay in responding your post.
Thanks for the details that were shared in your post and for troubleshooting this situation before posting. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device you're currently using? Also, when was the first time you experienced this? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.
Keep me posted.

Exactly same issue and error message on my Ionic. Worked OK for over a year prior. Issue may have occurred with last or penultimate update of Fitbit Software on my phone. I am running Android 9 on Oneplus 3, Oxygen OS 9.0.6
Any help appreciated! Thanks
