Hey.. i have got redmi Y3 and have failed to sync call/mesg notification.on.my versa 2 from phone.
Everytime the mesg displays on the app in red that phone restart required..after doing it so.many times. The problem still persists, it has hardly 1 month to my purchase.
Plss help

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for troubleshooting your device prior to posting too. As it turns out, your Xiaomi Redmi Y3 is not listed as a compatible device with our products and services, therefore, you can experience some connection difficulties with it and your Versa 2.
Even though your mobile device is not compatible, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Versa 2 are correctly configured. After verifying this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.
