Not receiving notifications on Versa with Samsung S8+

I am sadly getting more and more annoyed with the Versa.

 

I am not currently receiving any text message notifications after having previously received them and not changing anything else.

 

I have been through several resets and troubleshooting tasks. Via email I was advised this is a problem you are aware of??? Yet almost a month later of having this issue there seems to be no fix?? Please advise... I am not happy having a watch that isn't working the way it is supposed to.

I appreciate the details that were shared in your post and for troubleshooting your Versa prior to posting. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this? Are you not receiving text and phone call notifications or just one of them? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Versa are correctly configured.

 

After verifying the above, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.
