Not receiving notifications when back in Bluetooth range

With my old phone when I came back into range my Fitbit would let me know what notifications I missed while I was out of range. As soon as I came back close to my phone (Samsung Galaxy S9) the Fitbit (Versa) would pop up my missed texts,calls or any other apps I had set up to receive. With my new phone (Galaxy S21) the Fitbit is  not alerting me. Notifications are working fine as long as I'm in range. It's just not letting me know when I do come back in range. Anyone know anything about this? I really liked never having to pick my phone up to see what I missed.

Thanks for the information provided.

 

Currently, there are no plans to add notifications to Fitbit devices when they are back in Bluetooth range. For more information, please visit this feature suggestion.
