Have a Huawei mate 20 pro and I have a constant error message for notifications. I've restarted my phone numerous times (like it says) and still nothing. My versa 2 was brand new Xmas day and notifications have never worked! I've deleted the app and reinstalled. Logged out of my account and back in. Nothing seems to work and I'm so frustrated. Any suggestions? Thanks

Thank you for your message. I can confirm that everything seems to be resolved now after following all of the troubleshooting info given from yourself and customer service.

im getting the same issues with my Huawei p20....keep having to restart....it seems to work for a few messages then stops working!!😳

agh....it took me a while but it's all working for me now. All notifications coming through. One thing I had turned off for some reason was to have Fitbit always running in the background. Double check this in your phone settings. Make sure Fitbit has access to everything. Use the trouble shooting guides and try everything. I can't quite remember everything I did, sorry. I still have issues every few days with the app not finding my versa2 to sync and I have to delete it and pair it again. Pain but it gets working again with no issues. Good luck x

Can you tell me how exactly you sorted this problem. I've followed all the troubleshooting advice but still no notifications to my Versa 2 from my Hauwei Mate 2
