Not receiving notifications with Samsung A71

I recently upgraded my mobile from a Samsung S7 to a Samsung A71.  Previously I was able to see all notifications of messages and phone calls on my FitBit, but since upgrading mobilesthis is no long available.  I do have Notifications turned on and my mobile regularly updates my daily steps, sleep etc.

Any suggestions how to sync it please?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.

Same here i have fitbit versa lite synced OK, vibrates when I receive calls but no txt message notifications on watch. So annoying
