Hi guys, 

 

I have just purchased the FITBIT ionic, very pleased with it but I am unable to receive notifications at all, my device is Sony Xperia Z5 Premium.

 

Any suggestions?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
