Hi @bikerlg, welcome to the Community Forums!

I appreciate the details that were shared in your post. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit device are correctly configured. After verifying this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.

Please keep in mind that the Samsung Galaxy S10 is not currently listed as a compatible mobile device with our products and services, therefore, you may experience certain connection difficulties. Also, it's not possible to revert a Fitbit app update.

Keep me posted and let me know if you have any additional questions.

My S10 and Versa were working fine until last week.  What happened?

Thanks for your reply and update @bikerlg.

I'm aware that some users are and were able to use non-compatible devices with our Fitbit products, however, we cannot ensure a proper function of all your Versa features due to this compatibility concern, Android version and Fitbit app updates. Even though your mobile device is not compatible, please give it a try to the troubleshooting steps that were shared on my previous post and keep me posted.

Looking forward to your reply.

Will the S10 be made compatible in future updates?

Your is appreciated @bikerlg, my apologies for the delay in responding your post.

We are constantly working and testing different mobile devices to make sure that they work as intended and optimized with our products and services. At this moment I'm unable to let you know when or if the Samsung Galaxy S10 will be added to our list of compatible devices, however, my best advice for you will be to constantly check our list of compatible devices for any update. If you check our compatibility list, you will note that several Samsung devices are compatible with our products and services, therefore, the device under discussion may be added in the future.

Let me know if you have any additional questions.

Thank you!  My S10 is now compatible.  Watch does not vibrate on calls or notifications but maybe that too will come

My S10 is getting some notifications to my Versa but it won't vibrate.  When I send a test notification nothing happens

Thanks for your replies @bikerlg, sorry for the delay in responding.

You're correct, the Samsung Galaxy S10 series were recently added to our list of compatible devices with our products and services. If your device isn't vibrating when you receive a notification, please try our restart process. Also, can you please let me know if your device doesn't vibrate at all? In other words, when you setup a silent alarm your device vibrate? You can do a test with this, let me know how it goes.

Our Fitbit Versa 2 is compatible with the Samsung Galaxy S10 series as well.

Don't hesitate to contact me back, I'll be around.

Nope. No vibration

The only time the Versa vibrates is when I'm in the RUN mode. Then it vibrates for the 1/2 mile, 1 mile etc.
