Not receiving notifications

I can not get messages from my phone.   I know I am hooked up as I get weather and it is synced.  This is very frustrating.  Help!

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Android mobile device are you using with your Versa Lite? Are you not receiving notifications at all? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Versa Lite are correctly configured.

 

After verifying the above, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.

I have tried everything.  Still no messages from phone.  I don't know what to do.  It is synced, I'm getting weather, time,  etc.
