Not receiving notifications

I am not getting any notifications on my phone, but everything in the settings indicate that I should be. However when I try to reconnect the Bluetooth it says I need an app to do thst and I have an app. So donI need to delete and reinstall the app?

In this case I recommend you try what is shown in this article: . There you find tips. Please note that it is not possible to pair a Fitbit device over the Bluetooth settings of your smartphone. That is the reason it tells you, that you need the app. In this case just open the app. As long as Bluetooth and location services are on, syncing will begin automatically. If you are facing difficulties syncing, please check this article out: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
