Not receiving text notifications

I just got a new phone; Galaxy S10+ and now I do not recieve any of my text messages, calls yes, messages no.

I appreciate all the details that were shared in your post. Let me share with you that the Samsung Galaxy S10+ is not currently listed as a compatible device with our products and services, therefore, you may experience certain connection difficulties with it.

 

I'm aware that some users are able to use non-compatible devices with our Fitbit products, however, we cannot ensure a proper function of all its features due to this compatibility concern. That being said, even though your mobile device is still not compatible, please give it a try to our help article: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured.

 

After verifying this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes. If by any chance you're still unable to use your Fitbit with your mobile device, I suggest you to try with a compatible device instead.
