Not syncing to my Moto phone

Was syncing and about June 4th it stop syncing?

I would try restarting your phone and then restarting your fitbit using this procedure:

Mine stopped 6/9/18. Hasn't dealt with time changes either.bwe are traveling. Very frustrating.

Did restart phone and Fitbit and still ain't syncing.

Mine stopped syncing recently as well. Has anyone found a solution?

If you've tried restarting your fitbit multiple times and gone through that troubleshooting guide with no success then the only option left is to contact customer support to see if they can offer any other ideas and, if not, advise on your warranty status and options: contact.fitbit.com
