Not syncing

I have a galaxy 7 and my Alta does not syncing consistenly. I have turned off my blue tooth and turned it in, I have Uninstaller the app and reinstalled. It is very frustrating.

Welcome to the Forums @Gmv912. The reason why you are having problems with your tracker connecting with your phone, is because Samsung Galaxy S7 is not a compatible device yet. Our team is testing the compatibility of this phone.

 

Keep in mind that you can sync your tracker using a computer or a compatible device. I recommend checking our list of compatible mobile devices for any update.
