Hi, I have a Sony Experia, for some reason, it does not show as a Bluetooth connected device, but after following the instructions about holding in the button, it is now syncing with the app.

The button I am talking about is the one that cycles thru all the notifications. I put my charge hr 2 into the charger and held the button until the fitbit symbol appeared along with some number below it. I then checked my tablet and saw charge 2 in the bluetooth settings and I paired them. Then I was able to sync them.
