Not syncing

since the update my suddenly stop syncing with my phone. I have Uninstaller the app and reinstall it, force stopped it, restarted my phone . Still not syncing.  Any suggestions or plans to fix this bug in the update?

I have spent quite a bit of time trying to get my HR Inspire to sync with my laptop and or IPad.

I followed ALL of the suggestions given on their site to no avail. I emailed and followed their response as well. Finally I phoned!

I spent quite some time on hold more than once to speak with an advisor:

The first one was no help at all...

After uninstalling the app on the laptop and instead of launching on the laptop it took me to the website where I still had a problem.

The second one walked me through many steps again and when I tried to launch the app again, it in fact went to the app on the laptop and synced! Extremely happy...

until the next day when it would not sync again!

So phoned again and the third advisor on reading all the info re the account after trying some repeated steps said she was sending me a link to get a replacement watch (I will still under the year warranty)

The link gave me two options: get a free replacement OR get 50% off a different watch.

I chose the free replacement and am waiting for it to arrive.

There were a few responses to an email here but long after all of this.

People wanted me to reply to their emails etc BUT for whatever reason I could not... couldn't even find my initial query....so I just posted here where I found someone with a similar problem.
