What version fitbit do you have and how'd you delete and repair? Did you lose all you data when you deleted? I've had issue for over a week in the Luxe.

Best Answer
I have an Inspire HR. I didn't lose any data; uninstalled the app.
Re-installed and plugged watch into charger, hold button until you see the
"smiley face." I imagine this would work no matter what version fit but you
have.

Good luck!

I restarted my Luxe, signed out of account, restarted android and logged
back in. Cals showed on dash and nutrients seemed correct...for half day
and then same issue again. I logged back out of app and upon sign in all
seemed OK again. Today cals still show on dash but impt nutrients still a
mess. Still trying to be patient for an actual fix! Still considering
returning under warranty and jumping ship.

Fitbit Inspire HR is once again not tracking properly.  What is the company doing to fix this issue?  It's not new and continues to happen over and over again.

Hello @WendyB. Thanks for the reply and update of your situation with the calories.

Please note that this is a general issue affecting the food log tool overall. This has been reported already and Fitbit is working on a solution already. Please keep your Fitbit app up to date. Thanks for your patience.

Have a nice day!

When will this be resolved? My fit but is worthless to me at this time and
if it's not fixed soon I'm looking at Apple Watches.
