Not working with Glance watchface

After the Fitbit update my Glance watchface has stopped working. I need this for my glucose. I have tried everything possible to get it to work but nothing helps. Deleted, updated, stopped started. Nothing. See pic. Is it my Samsung s20 ultra?

Sorry, but if that is a third-party clock face, it's up to the developer, not Fitbit.  Sometimes third-party clock faces don't keep up with changes require by firmware updates.  You would have to contact the developer, or try to find another clock face that suits your needs.

OTOH if it is not a third-party clock face, then I' not help either.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I've done that, thanks. Still no answers from them. Very frustrating since
it worked before the last update.

That's all and good to say that it's the 3rd party face issue, but there have been no updates to my fitbit, yet the glance feature has simply stoppe; just like synchronisation and notification features.  And this isn't just my Fitbit Sense.  I have had 5 Fitbit watches and used them across 2 different OS's and 6 phones.  These issues continue (or should I say, the features don't continue; they keep stopping.  Sometimes, my Fitbit goes for 3 days without synchronising.  Once I was told by Fitbit Technical Support that I shouldnt use the "Don't Disturb" feature, because this can affect it.  Well, I'm sorry, but no other apps have issues with the Don't Disturb setting.

Perhaps, rather than blame other 3rd parties, or request that the customer turn their phone off and on again, they actually fix these problems.  Remember, Fitbit have competition, and our raising of complaints are because we want Fitbit to succeed, and we are giving them an opportunity to improve, not simply complain.
