I recently got my charge replaced with a charge 2. I am having problems getting it set up. I have turned off/on my bluetooth, restarted both my phone and the Fitbit, everything is up to date, etc. The fitbit is stuck on the setup screen, and when I go to connect it to my phone it will find the tracker, show me the numbers, I enter the numbers correctly, it says connecting for like 3 to 5 minutes, then stops and asks to try again. I have read a bunch of other posts to try and find a resolution but haven't found anything yet.
