Nothing but issues with the app

Initially i had the issue where it crashed everytime I hit the exercise button on the app, I followed the instructions, cleared the data, reset the phone and yep that worked. Now I have the constant notification thing, 'notification required for phone based step features. So I follow the directions given here, uninstall, reboot phone then reinstall. Now when I am trying to reinstall the app it only gets to 66% downloaded. So frustrating. Fitbit you need to sort it out.

I think my next purchase will be a Garmin,  from what I am told, much more reliable.

We’re aware of an issue that may cause the Fitbit app to quit unexpectedly when you open the Exercise tile. For more information, check out our post.

Thanks but I'm not blind or stupid, there are banners everywhere repeating what you said. If you took the time to actually read what I said, I stated in my post I had fixed this issue. But have been plagued with different issues.

Many times people post and fail to see the banners which tell about a problem. Sorry you're having problems.

So without telling us about what is working, can we get a review of what is not working?

Adding the fluff on what is working correctly simply throws us on to a dead end.

Well it eventually downloaded and is working fine now.

That 'fluff' was simply stating the actions I'd already taken in case they were linked. Plus highlighting the issues that I and possibly others had faced.
