Nothing working since new dashboard update

Hi since new dashboard update on saturday the phone app and watch are out off sync. The bluetooth on the constantly turns itself off. I have done a hard reset plus did the delete and added back workout. Still nothing doing. The app refreshes shows info and then looses info. Even when i switch back to old dashboard does the same. I am ready to throw this very pricey investment against the wall here

Hi there @Shollay, welcome aboard to our Fitbit Community. Since you have updated the app to the most recent version, I would recommend to Log out from the Fitbit app, by going to the Account Tab. Restart your phone and once your device has loaded, go back and log in to your Fitbit account again and give it another try.

 

Also if your tracker is presenting issues to sync, I would recommend to review the following post for additional help in case of being necessary.
