Keeps saying "Notification service is not running. A phone re-start is required to re-enable notifications for your tracker".

With trackers: Luxe and Inspire 2

This even after resets, clearing user data, fresh app installs for Luxe as well as Inspire 2.

OnePlus 6T is running Android 11 (OxygenOS 11.1.2.2)
