Hello,
My daughter has a Fitbit Luxe watch. Since she changed her cell phone, she no longer has the notifications button allowing her to choose which application she wants to have notifications for on her watch. I am attaching a screenshot.

I finally succeeded by uninstalling the app, then resetting the watch to factory settings, reinstalling the app and following the setup questions.
