Hi please help.have just upgraded phone to Samsung a8.it's running Android.7.1.1. Call and text notifications won't show on my fitbit charge 2. Have tried resetting Bluetooth, fitbit. Deleted and reloaded app. Removed and resynced fitbit. Checked all allowances. Nothing seems to work.

Welcome to the Forums @Emmajulie.

 

Thanks for going through all of those steps to get your Fitbit to work with notifications before posting in here.

 

In this case I'd like to ask some questions:

  • What text app are you using for text notifications?
  • Have the notifications worked at some point?
  • Did you get the notifications with your previous phone?

In the meantime I'd like to recommend that, if possible, you go to your previous phone and go into the Bluetooth settings. There look for your Charge 2 and remove it from the list of paired devices and then try to set notifications up with your A8 again.
