Notification service not running.A phone restart is required

I am not getting notifications in fitbit versa lite. In settings it is showing Notification services not running.A phone restart is required.Even after restarting the same error is shown. App version 3.11 used in Android

I have the same issue... however I have an ionic.

It's been working for over a year .. now all of a sudden I'm receiving the in app notification error that phone needs to restart.  I've done a factory reset .. same issue. 

Looks to me the latest Fitbit app version is buggy.  V3.11

Having the same issue. I'm having to restart my phone 2-3 times A DAY just to get notifications. It's getting ridiculous. I'm on a Note 10. Worked fine about a month ago and now it's daily. Fitbit needs to fix something in their app!

Hi had the same issue on my Huawei Mate 20 Pro.

The issue was the battery saving option.  When I changed the power setting to 'not managed' so it's full power the notification issue stopped.
