I can't get my messages and email notifications.  But I get the phone calls notifications. 

Called customer service and they couldn't help 🙄

@ghada2k there is a Help article here that tells how to troubleshoot notifications. The steps there are a good place to start. Let me know how it goes. Could you also please tell me which Fitbit device you have?

I did trouble shooting with fitbit customer service and didn't work. 

I have fitbit sense!
