I enabled notifications in the Fitbit app on my Android phone (Motorola G4) and they worked great - for that day. The following day, I noticed that I wasn't getting notifications on the tracker, so I opened the app and went to the setting fro the tracker and then Notifications - and it gave me the initial "Turn on notifications" screen - so I turned them on again - and they started working. I closed the app and re-opened it and went to settings->Notifications again just to see if I'd get that initial setup screen again, and I did not. It goes straight to the screen that shows the "Calls" notification setting is on and you can select "Text Messages" and "Calendar Events" to verify the app used for them as well. The next day... same thing... noticed I wasn't receiving notifications again... and again I went to the settings in the Fitbit app and it took me to the initial "Turn on notifications" screen again. Once I turned them BACK on, they started working.
So, do I have to enable notifications in the app every day? What do I have to do to make the setting stick? Oh... just thought about this. I've had to restart my phone a few times lately the past few days. Could that be causing this setting to reset? Seems like it should stay selected even if the phone is restarted, but maybe it doesn't.
EDIT: I just restarted the phone and checked the notifications settings - and they're still enabled - so apparently that didn't affect them.

Hello @Raven65, good to see you again in the Fitbit Community. It seems this is an odd behavior with the notifications.
In this case I recommend to do the following steps:
Review that you are running the latest version of the Fitbit app, which for Android is 2.48.
Please log out from your Fitbit app and go to your phone settings and then for the App manager option and look for the Fitbit app in your downloaded apps list. Once you are there, clear the app cache and data and finish this workaround by restarting your phone. When your phone has initialized again, go back to your app and try again.
If the Issue persist please follow these steps mentioned on this post for additional help.
Let me know how it goes. I'll be around.
