I have been having notification problems with my charge 3 for the past week on my S7. I have tried resetting the charge 3 along with all the other ways that are listed on the forum here. I have been unable to get snapchat notifications, but I have managed to get calls and texts. This is the first time I have been having problems with notifications and I have had the tracker since the start of 2019. What can I do?

You could try the following [if (1) does not work try (2) ]:

1) Install this app and see if it works with your phone: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.abhijitvalluri.android.fitnotifications&hl=en

 

2) Try the earlier version of the Fitbit app 2.90. Google "Fitbit app 2.90 mirror" (without the quotes) and install that version. Before that, make sure you have gone into Android settings -> Apps. There, find the app and delete Cache / Data and then uninstall. Reboot your phone and install the 2.90 version.
