Notifications are not coming through my Versa 2

I can't get notifications on my phone from Versa 2.

Hi @Richard76  - have you by any chance switched to sleep or do not disturb. Long press normally takes you to Quick Settings and there you can remove them.

 

Otherwise try logout of the Fitbit App and restart both watch and phone and sync again.

Yes, I have done all that. Still will not sync. Sent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone
