There was a new firmware update about a few hours ago and since then, I had no vibrate notifications on my Versa Lite. I already contacted THREE Fitbit representatives and they told me to do the following:
1. Check and see if sleep mode and do not disturb is off
2. Restart the device
3. Uninstalled and re-installed the Fitbit app and customized my notifications
I tried everything and this is very disappointing because I had this for a less than a week and it's causing me problems.
What should I do with this matter? Am I the only person that is having issues? P.S. I have a Samsung S9 and one of the representatives believe that there was something wrong with my phone (which there isn't because I had this phone for 2 years and had no issues).

Reloading the Fitbit app on the phone makes me think that your phone isn't sending notifications to the Versa Lite?

Best AnswerThis has been going on for awhile for me also. I called and they had me do a number of things, still no vibration. Then they said they were working on a fix that would come through in an update. I think they are just stringing us along and I really think I'm going to switch to a different tracker.
