Notifications not coming through

My Samsung galaxy just recently updated its software and I am now no longer receiving my notifications on my fitbit any ideas as to why? I have reset my tracker I have restarted my phone u installed the app I'm put of ideas

Hi, @Sbutterfly00 I would suggest going to phone BT and unpairing your Fitbit.  Then open the Fitbit app, go to notifications and click on the 3 dots top right and choose send a test call notification.

 

If it doesn’t work, make sure you have enabled all location sharing with Fitbit, all day sync on and app runs in the background, then try the unpairing send test call process again.
