Hi all, i'm using Samsung galaxy C7 Pro and I could successfully sync with versa. But I couldn't receive any what's app message and phone call. I couldn't see the setting on the notifications page about these issues. May I know what does C7 pro are not compatible with the versa while using those functions ? Thanks!

This might due to following reasons:

1. App doesnt have notification access

2. App is not running in the background

3. App is maybe being blocked by android for battery saving mode.
