Recently I switched to a new phone.   I used to be able to get my text messages and notifications on my Fitbit but now I can't.   Anyone have any advice?

Do you still have you old phone? If so, make sure it doesn't still have a bluetooth connection to the fitbit.

 

Have you checked that your new phone is supported by fitbit at www.fitbit.com/devices ?

Don't have my old phone anymore, but after searching on that website you shared, the S9 is not on there.   I have the Fitbit app on and it works fine.  Just can't get notifications.
