Notifications

It seems from searching reviews about the Fitbit App. That receiving notifications have been a BIG ISSUE. I got my watch in Dec. 2019 and have only received one text notification. I researched how to fix it and nothing is working!!! This issue has been ongoing since 2018 as far as I can see from the online searches!! Had I known this I would never of gotten this watch. I've asked people who have the Apple smart watch if they have any issues and they say, no, never and that they Love their watch ! I'm seriously thinking about going with an I Phone just so I can get the Apple watch. This is bull**ahem** I pd. A lot of money for this watch and it doesn't even work.  If they dont fix the problem soon. I will be returning this not so smart watch!

Thanks for sharing.   Yeah that's terrible .  Might have to return this.  I am no a iPhone user so that's why I picked this .  I do know people love their apple watches just more expensive than I wanted to pay .  Idk . Guess we will see .Sent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone

Are you able to get notifications on your watch? If so, did you have to do an update to get them? I did an update right after I got my watch but still do not get notifications.

Do you get notifications on your watch? And did you have to do an update to get them?  I'm waiting to get another update and then hopefully I will get them.
