Nutrition data is not showing in the nutrition section

Fitbit has ALL READ and ALL WRITE access to Health Connect. Additionally, "Show data from Health Connect" is toggled.

In the Fitbit app, under the "You" tab there is a 'records' section where I can see nutrition data was written by MyFitnessPal.

This data is not showing in the nutrition section of the Fitbit app. It is showing 0 calories in.

I have reinstalled both Fitbit and MyFitnessPal and toggled all of their respective permissions to the configuration above.

Can anyone provide me with insight or a fix?

Update: I am running a Pixel 9 Pro XL and Pixel Watch 3. All with the latest update (January 8th at 1350 EST). All of my apps are the latest version available too.

I'm dealing with this exact same problem. Eager to find a solution.

So what I've done to temporarily solve the problem is disconnect My Fitness Pal from Health Connect and parent directly with fitbit. I have Fitbit set to read and write data to Health Connect and I have my exercise app which is Hevy write to Fitbit. It gets me mostly accurate information into the Fitbit app so I can adjust what I'm doing daily based on the data. This is not a perfect solution but it's good enough until Fitbit and Google at large decides to fix whatever the issue is. It's 2025 there shouldn't be an issue reading and writing from a simple messaging queue.

I'm not seeing any nutrition information in Fitbit either. Under nutrition it is just "Food, 0 Cal."

Looking in Health Connect-Manage Data-Data and Access-Nutrition-"see all entries" it shows all of the MFP nutrition data

Meal Type: Breakfast

Biotin: 0 g

Caffeine: 0 G ......

Etc.

I'm having this same issue (Nothing Phone 2A with Sense 2 watch; nutrition being logged in MyFitnessPal; everything is updated to the latest version): other data is making it to Fitbit via Health Connect, but nutrition data is not showing up. I've verified that all permissions are set correctly (& toggled them off & on, etc). The nutrition data is visible in Health Connect and other info (weight, etc) is being picked up by FitBit, but no nutrition.

I've submitted some feedback in the Fitbit app, but who knows if anyone will take any notice.
