Within the last few days I have noticed that the nutrition information of foods is displaying incorrectly and is cutting off the top lines of the information.
I am using the most recent version of the app (4.48.fitbit-mobile) on my pixel 7 pro.
I have attempted all the usual suggested actions such as clearing the cache and storage and uninstalling then reinstalling the app but nothing resolved my issue.
Any help would be appreciated as my primary use of this app is to track my caloric intake and macronutrients.
Thanks

I've been having the same problem and it started about the time I upgraded to Android 16 (Pixel 8 Pro). I switched to Google as soon as we were notified it was available and this is the first time I've had a problem
I've spent days troubleshooting, uninstalling, trying other apps to bridge the data somewhere else, trying other tracking apps entirely. But I've been using Fitbit for 9 years and I'm used to the interface.
Still no solution but I did notice if I rotate my phone horizontally, the only nutrition info cut off is fat. It allows me to see cholesterol which is what I really want to keep an eye on day to day.
Speaking from a health perspective, both good cholesterol and bad cholesterol make up that number. It is saturated fat, which is no longer visible, that does the damage. That's what I want to be sure to monitor.
Hmm this is true. I don't eat a lot of animal sources of saturated fat so I'm not usually concerned about going over my daily rec of that but definitely something to consider.
If this overall issue isn't fixed soon I'm going to consider going with another brand of tracker because I want everything in one place.
Best AnswerSomething similar is happening to me to on my android 6A, and it's really inconsistent. Some days the nutrition/calories and totals work, some days they don't. I don't see a pattern in it. I hope there is a fix soon.
Noticed the same issue with the nutrition info and then today my calorie info on the dashboard and under the nutrition section on the main screen would not update (stayed at 0 all day). I did a forced close, logged out and back in and even reinstalled the app and nothing solved either issue. So frustrating!
Yes, same for me. Finally got a response on the original problem. Suggest everyone use the email that includes fitbit-support to let Google.com know the extent of these issues.
The issue of the nutrition reflecting 0 has self-corrected. The issue of the nutrient display remains the same. The last response from fitbit-support was on Wednesday, with the same pre-fab steps that do not work. since the issue is on the app side, not the phone.
Best AnswerNope and i messaged again yesterday and was told they are working on it. So agitated!
Best AnswerThank you by sharing it (with screenshot), most of us we are complaint for the same ....Is there any moderator and/or expert user that can share by when we supposed to get an update correcting this bug ? (btw is also affecting the button when trying to read barcode on food , really anoying 😞 )

Best AnswerI am NOT EXPERIENCING this issue with my Fitbit app, unless it is impacting only foods I have not reviewed.

Best AnswerThe first difference I see is my phone is Android OS v14 and @Zionic484 's phone is Android OS v15. We all appear to have the same version of the Fitbit App, v4.48.
Edit: @Randelions phone is on v16. Mostly wanted to ensure credit for reporting OS version.
Is anyone here experiencing this issue who's phone is Android OS v14?
