Cell: Oneplus 3T - Android 8.0.0.
I have used the Charge 3 since Oktober 2018.
But then we were not home for Christmas (about 2 weeks) and the battery was dead and the watch was off. Now I try to sync the phone and watch but it is not working. I tried it over night as I assumed it may take a while...
But still it didn't work... To sync via computer is sadly not an option.
When I bought the watch it was working very good and I was so glad having this watch....
Therefore I am hoping of getting some good and quick help from you 🙂

Welcome to the Forums @TTTIna.
Thanks for taking the time to share what steps you have tried to get it to work.
This might be happening because the OnePlus 3T is not part of the supported devices list. This means that the app has not been fully optimized to work with that phone.
As long as it fulfills the minimum requirements, Android 4.4 and Bluetooth 4.0, there is a possibility that it can work but we cannot guarantee it. Some users of unsupported devices have mentioned that following these steps helps with the syncing and these help for the notifications.
If none of the above works, you could try to use another mobile device to try and sync your Fitbit to your account. Click here to get instructions on how to sync with other devices.
Let me know if you have any further questions.
