OnePlus general and 6T compatibly

Quite surprised that one plus is one of the leaders in high end phones in India for last two years but Fitbit has its compatibly one with one plus one and no subsequent models. Latest models are one plus 6T and Fitbit compatibly is only still with one plus one ?

Thanks for sharing your feedback on the matter.

At this time we have added the OnePlus 6 to the list, you can check an updated list by clicking here. As for the 6T, maybe you could support this suggestion about it. You can comment and vote on the idea to show your support. Be sure to also read the FAQ to better understand how that board works.

Hi - I use the one plus 5 and the Android version is 9.0.3. ideally the compatibility should be basis Android versions as it becomes quite difficult for any firm to keep updating compatibly phone models just because there are so many phone model launches.

Where I am stuck is in case I buy the Fitbit versa , I'll not be able to use the features with one plus 5 - this defeats the full feature usage of the device.

Kindly suggest a way out. One can't keep changing phones for a Fitbit compatibility .

Hello @GSS15.

Thanks for reaching back and sharing those details.

As long as the OnePlus 5 fulfills the minimum requirements, Android 4.4 and Bluetooth 4.0, there is a possibility that it can work but we cannot guarantee it. Some users of unsupported devices have mentioned that following these steps helps with the syncing.

If none of the above works, you could try to use a computer or another mobile device to try and sync your Fitbit to your account. Click here to get instructions on how to sync with other devices.
