My Fitbit is syncing steps but nothing else since Wednesday. It's not recording sleep or heart rate data even though I can see my heart rate on the device. It seems to be recording everything properly on the watch but just isn't transferring to the app. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restarted Bluetooth and my phone many times. The steps are beinget transferred to the app, but no other information is. It's driving me crazy.

It could be that your device just hasn't synced. Some data, such as steps, can still show on your phone from the bluetooth connection without it actually having synced. To check if it has synced recently, from phone dashboard, click 'Account' icon near top right. Then right under your device it shows the last time it did a sync.

Yes I can see the last sync, problem is I can't seem to get it to sync.

I am having this same issue. On Fitbit app it shows has synced and steps have updated, however not updating active minutes, calories, sleep, hourly movement or exercise. So basically steps only!
Did you get any help with sorting this issue?
My app and Android software are both up to date. I have tried restarting tracker and phone, uninstalling app, deleting tracker from app, checked all permissions, everything i can think possible but it hasn't helped.
I am happy I have found someone else having/had this problem!

Same here, mine updated the other day and now it doesnt sync. Claims cant find device or bluetooth error. 😞
