Hello @Daisydee1979, nice to have new faces in the Fitbit Community! I was reading your post and I believe this was a delay in your steps count at the moment to sync and compile your data. Is this issue happening on a daily basis or was limited to only that day? Have you checked your Dashboard recently if your steps finally showed up?

Please confirm if your steps are now in your overall count and if the issue persists, make sure your tracker is syncing successfully. If you are having troubles syncing your tracker this post will provide you more help: Having trouble syncing? (here's how to fix this).

Hope to see you again and let me know how it goes.

Hi thanks for getting back to me, it has only happened the one
time(yesterday) and I still do not have my 2000 steps back! Think they may
have gone for good? It's quite frustrating as yesterday was the most steps
I've done in a day, but wasn't able to show them off in the true full amount
