I have Xiaomi Redmi Note S with Android 11. It was impossible to get any notification on my Fitbit Versa until I looked into the setting

"Notification Access", if yoy can't find it search for "Notification" in settings:

I discovered that Google Play Services was "Not allowed".

After changing to "Allowed" notification on my Fitbit Versa runs fine and it also solved a battery draining isssue with the watch.
