Pace and steps on Pixel Watch 2 not showing on the Fitbit app

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hello,

After the workout, when I open the fitbit app on my android phone > activity > select the workout > share, the pace and steps don't show up / are not syncing. Any thoughts on how to resolve this? I don't have a premium plan.

Thanks,
Vasco.

Hi, @vsmoco, welcome to the community. You may find these articles of interest How do Fitbit devices sync their data? And why won't my Fitbit device sync? You can manually sync the Fitbit app by sliding your finger down the "Today" screen & releasing.

Let us know how you get on by posting here again.

Hello @vsmoco

I recently had an issue with my Pixel Watch 2 data not properly syncing with the Fitbit app on my phone. I checked the on-line Fitbit.com dashboard and the dashboard showed a recent synced from my watch. The data on the on-line dashboard matched what was showing on my watch.

From my phone, I did a force stop on the Fitbit app and cleared the cache. Then, I opened the Fitbit app and did a manual sync. After I did this, the data in the app matched that on my watch.

There's no guarantee that this will work for you, but it's worth a try.

@RiekoC @Gr4ndp4 Thanks for your help!

@RiekoC Were in your case the pace and the steps missing too? Just wondering.

@vsmoco Welcome to the forums. I will be happy to help you about your training data on the app. Are the steps and pace also missing in the training summary? Or do they not show only when you want to share the training results? Please give the steps shared above a try. That seems to be the same situation as yours and that might resolve it for you. Thanks in advance!

Hi @RodrigoMFitbit

My sync issue was mainly for my step count as I recall. I attempted several manual syncs on the Fitbit app without success. That's when I did the force stop, clear cache, and restart my Pixel watch. Everything has been fine so far.

Hello,

Thank you all for your help.

@RodrigoMFitbit, non of those worked for me. The steps are showing correctly on the summary. Any other thoughts?

Thanks.
