I just got a Versa 2 and got everything paired with the Fitbit app but it will not pair with the phone. If all I wanted was the fitness stuff and notification that would be fine but if I want things like music control I need to connect to the phones Bluetooth. All I get is pairing for about 1 second then nothing, still not paired. I have rebooted the phone with Bluetooth on and off and restarted the Versa 2 a few times also. Please help me get the full functions of my watch.

I think your asking about the Versa Bluetooth Classic and not Low Energy Bluetooth.
Do you have the latest firmware on the Versa? Does Versa 2 Classic show up as a trusted Device?
Your issue was fixed for me in the latest firmware.

It updated the software when I opened it up and connected to the Fitbit app. And the only thing that shows up on Bluetooth devices on my phone is Versa 2

Go to settings on the Versa, find Bluetooth, put the versa into pair. On the phones Bluetooth screen tap on Versa Classic.

I have this issue, when I go into spotify it just says no internet connection, make sure your phone is connected, then sync your device using the fitbit app.

No Internet access is between the app and the Internet. This thread is between the tracker a the phone.
